These terms apply to byfred.io and games hosted on its subdomains, such as crossline.byfred.io (the "Services"), operated by Packable Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

Using the games

The Services are free to play in your browser without an account. You may play them for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, redistribute or host the games elsewhere, and don't interfere with the Services, including by scraping, reverse engineering puzzle data at scale, or attempting to disrupt them.

Progress and hints

Game progress, hints and streaks are stored in your browser and have no monetary value. They may be lost if you clear site data, switch devices or browsers, or if we change the game. We can't restore lost progress.

Advertising

The Services may show ads, including optional ads you can watch for in-game rewards such as hints. Rewards are granted only when an ad finishes and depend on ad availability. Third-party ads are provided by their advertisers, and we aren't responsible for their content. See our privacy policy for how advertising data is handled.

Intellectual property

The games, puzzles, artwork, code and the byfred and Crossline names belong to Packable Studio. Sharing your results, such as a Crossline daily score, is welcome.

Other platforms

If you play our games on another site, such as CrazyGames, that site's terms also apply.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above; continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Packable Studio isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.
